Direct-to-film, answered
Answers on film, powder, shipping, VAT and ordering.
Can I peel hot or cold?
Both. Our film is engineered for hot and cold peel, so it fits whatever your workflow needs.
What press settings should I use?
As a starting point, transfer at roughly 130–160 °C for 8–15 seconds, with ink load up to around 400%. Fine-tune to your press, film and garment.
How should I store the film?
Keep it in its original packaging at 20–28 °C and 40–60% relative humidity, away from direct sunlight.
What is the film made of?
A 75 µm PET-based transfer release film built from six functional coatings (antiblocking, antistatic, PET substrate, matte, release and ink-receptive) for sharp ink lay-down and a clean release.
What kind of powder is it?
A TPU (polyurethane) hot-melt adhesive powder with an 80–200 µm particle size, giving superior adhesion and outstanding washability — it bonds to the ink rather than the film.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. We’ll send a 5 m roll of DTF film and around 100 g of powder — you only cover €10 EU shipping.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship across the European Union with free shipping on orders, dispatched from the Netherlands. We don’t ship to non-EU or overseas territories.
How is VAT handled?
All prices exclude VAT. Orders in the Netherlands are charged 21% Dutch VAT. Business orders elsewhere in the EU are reverse-charged at 0% — a valid VAT number is required for orders outside the Netherlands.
Do you offer wholesale or volume pricing?
Yes — for wholesale and repeat orders we apply discounts. Get in touch and we’ll sort out pricing for you.
